Community Care & Support Assistant Team
Location: Bournemouth
Pay rate: Up to £13.70 per hour + £2.00 per hour Bank Holiday enhancement rate
Travel: Paid Travel Time £12. 71 per hour + 40p per mile mileage allowance
Hours: Full & Part Time
Shift: 07.00 to 14.00 & 18.00 to 22.00
The home care team provide services & support including companionship, household tasks, personal care, grocery shopping ,picking up prescriptions & meal preparation.
You will be required to hold a full UK driving licence & access to transport, as you will be visiting clients in their own homes.

What you will do
This community-based Home Care & Support Assistant role will be supporting clients with a variety of needs within their own homes, this can include:
- Identifying the needs and abilities of our clients and providing personal care and encouragement to them
- Assisting with medication, meal preparation and domestic services
- Supporting with personal care & washing & dressing
- Supporting with community visits (shopping and leisure trips)
- Regular communications with the office support team
